Bipolar stepping motor driver QFN32 package saves space
Delivered in a QFN32 package, the TB62269FTAG saves space, reduces vibration and noise and features built-in error detection, says Toshiba Electronics Europe. The high-voltage, high-resolution bipolar stepping motor driver has maximum ratings of 40V and 1.8A.
The TB62269FTAG’s QFN32 package measure 5.0 x 5.0 x 1.0mm, to save PCB spave in applications ranging from home appliances and industrial automation to 3D printers and ATMs.
High-resolution 1/32 step (maximum) resolution contributes to reduced vibration and noise, while an on-resistance of only 0.8Ohm ensures energy-efficient operation and minimised heat dissipation, says the company.
The TB62269FTAG integrates error detection and protection functionality to support equipment safety and reliability. Protection functions are thermal shutdown and over-current shutdown circuitry alongside an error detection signal output.
