Electrolytic capacitors are AEC-Q200-compliant
Low ESR and high ripple current capacitors introduced by Panasonic Industry Europe are AEC-Q200 compliant and can be used for demanding applications like AC/DC converters, DC link capacitor for servo motor inverter power supply in robotics, actuators for exhaust system, DC/DC converters in automotive transmission control units, DC link capacitor for motor inverter power supply in oil/water pumps.
The surface-mount ZF series of conductive polymer hybrid aluminium electrolytic capacitors are able to endure high temperatures of 150 degreesC for up to 1,000 hours. They also have a high withstand voltage of 25 to 63V and a low leakage current of (0.01 CV or 3.0 microA). The nominal capacitance range is 33 to 270 microF.
Vibration-proof variants of the ZF series capacitors are available for the entire voltage and capacitance range. The components are fully RoHS-compliant.
