Low-profile EMC filter is rated at 50A

Low-profile EMC filter is rated at 50A: Enclosed in a compact metal case, the RDEN-048050 48V DC nominal EMC filter from TDK-Lambda is rated at 50A.

The filter uses stud terminals for ease of connection. It is compact, excluding the terminals, the filter measures just 90 x 60mm and 30mm high.

Rated for a maximum voltage of 75V DC, the RDEN filter will operate at full rated current in ambient temperatures of -30 to +55 degree C, and with derating, up to +85 degree C at 20A. The filter has a differential mode attenuation of 25dB (0.7 to 30MHz), and common mode attenuation of 30dB (0.2 to 10MHz). The isolation voltage from terminals to case is 1,500V DC, and has a DC resistance of 3mOhm.

The filter is certified to UL 60950-1, CSA C22.2 No.60950-1 (cUL) and EN 60939, and is compliant with the RoHS Directive.
