MTCA chassis targets ASIC emulation

Integrated system and embedded board manufacturer VadaTech, announces the VT884, a 3U 12-slot MicroTCA chassis. It is targeted at ASIC emulation, network processing, medical imaging and other processing-rich and high-bandwidth applications.

Power and cooling are sized to allow the VT884 to be populated with high-end FPGA up to Virtex UltraScale XCVU440. Extended options and PinoutPlus can be used to support tightly-coupled networks of FPGAs. Backplane connectivity can be customised, on request, to meet specific emulation architecture requirements. The chassis includes redundant power supplies and dual MCH, with power, cooling units and air filters all hot-swappable.
