PV module claims to be most powerful in its size

Claimed to be the most powerful sub-1.6m² solar panel available in Europe, the HIT N295 combines a compact module size and frame thickness with Panasonic’s technology, offering 19.1% panel efficiency.

Measuring less than 1,500mm in length, the compact design allows residential solar installers to maximise available roof space by installing an additional module row, particularly for smaller, restricted roofs.

The module has a 15-year performance guarantee, and joins the company’s N325/330, N240/245 and N285 modules. This addition to the HIT family can be combined with the top performance version, the N325/330. Both products have the same width. When an extra row or column of N325/330 cannot be fitted, the shorter N295 can be squeezed in the available space to increase the system’s output.

The module will be available to installers in mid-October.
