SDRAM portfolio meets automotive quality standards
Components that provide an automotive temperature range of -40 to +105 degree C have been added to the Alliance Memory SDRAM offering.
They high-speed CMOS SDRAMs, including double data rate (DDR), DDR2, and DDR3 devices are fabricated and assembled to automotive quality standards, adds the company.
SDRAMs range in densities from 64, 128 and 256Mbit. Automotive DDR1 SDRAMs have densities of 128, 256 and 512Mbit, while DDR2 devices are available in densities of 256, 512Mbit, and 1Gbit. The company’s 1.0, 2.0 and 4Gbit automotive DDR3 SDRAMs operate over 1.35 and 1.5V power supplies.
The company contracts with ISO/TS 16949 certified fab and assembly facilities around the world and ensures availability of key AEC-Q101-qualified components “far into the future”.
