Servo drive for direct control of motors is available at Rutronik

Targeting automotive, industrial, instrumentation and consumer products, the HVC 4223F flex servo drive is powered by a 32-bit CPU core. The TDK-Micronas servo driver is available from distributor, Rutronik.

The HVC 4223F flex servo drive enables cost-effective realisation of powerful and compact DC motor control. Powered by an Arm Cortex-M3, the HVC 4223F integrates high performance analogue functions designed for a wide range of applications and sectors.

The HVC 4223F flex servo drive has a choice of peripherals, which allows the device to directly control brush-type, stepper (bipolar or three-phase), or brushless direct current (BLDC) motors via integrated high-performance half-bridges without the need for external components. It also contains an advanced LIN UART with a LIN 2.x transceiver and voltage regulators to connect the device directly to a 5.4 to 18V automotive board net. In addition, the flex servo drive also features a 32kbyte flash program memory, which provides high flexibility in code development, production ramp-up, and in-system firmware update.
