Farnell element14 adds duo to InfiniiVision 1000 X-Series offering

Two oscilloscopes have been added by Farnell element14 to the Keysight Technolgies InfiniiVision 100 X-Series general purpose oscilloscopes available from the distributor.

The entry-level DSOX1204A and DSOX1204G models offer up to 200MHz of bandwidth and are available in two- or four-channel versions. In addition to standard oscilloscope functions, they integrate a range of additional measurement and analysis features, giving the functionality of six instruments in a single package, claims Farnell, including three-digit voltmeter, 20MHz function generator, protocol analyser , three-digit counter and a frequency response analyser or Bode plotter for characterising amplifiers, filters, power supplies and audio systems.

The 1000 X-Series is based on the same technology as Keysight’s higher-end InfiniiVision family.

The 1000 X-Series includes models suitable for a range of users from designers to educational purposes. They include analysis tools such as frequency-response analysis, mask testing, FFT, and segmented memory to provide deeper insight. There is also hardware serial decoding and custom ASIC functions to ensure the fastest response, even with all oscilloscope features turned on, says Farnell.

Other features are LAN and USB connectivity to make it easier to monitor and document tests. The built-in connectivity and small size make it easy to incorporate into rack-based ATE systems in industrial environments, points out Farnell.

There is also a free educators’ training kit and built-in training signals for students to learn on the same professional-level user interface that is used on high-end oscilloscopes in the industry.

Both the DSOX1204A and DSOX1204G models are available on a same-day dispatch service.

The full range of the Keysight Technologies InfiniiVision 1000 X-Series is now available from Farnell element14 in EMEA, Newark element14 in North America and element14 in Asia Pacific.
