Relec introduces HDMI displays operating at low temperatures
Relec Electronics has expanded its HDMI interface TFT modules and offers TFT modules from 4.3 to 15.6-inch.
The displays have an operational temperature range of -20 to +70 degrees C, although the 4.3 and 5.0-inch displays are available with standard operating temperatures from -30 to +80 degrees C.
The HDMI displays have an integrated HDMI to LVDS conversion module. The display can be connected to an single board computer (SBC) or computer, using an HDMI output. They are suitable for use with Raspberry Pi, UP or iBASE computers.
HDMI display sizes are 4.3, 5.0 7.0, 8.0, 10.1, 11.6, 12.1, 13.3 and 15.6-inches; all include backlight and audio as well as a standard HDMI input.
Relec is also able to integrate to latest generation PCAP touch panels, designed for use in the harshest of environments, says the company, for example touch through gloves, and wet environments. They have a high signal to noise ratio and optical bonding.
