Binder increases options for snap-in 720 connectors
Miniature circular connectors from binder now include four- and six- way snap-in models. These additions to the snap-in 720 series will provide designers and installers the means to connect several devices from a single supply line.
Target applications include installations where there is a need to split/distribute the signal, for example control, measurement, monitoring systems, lighting systems, distributed heating systems including stadium seating and greenhouses and data logging equipment
The binder 720 series is made up of low-cost, plastic bodied connectors featuring a quick and simple snap-in locking mechanism. They are protected to IP67 when mated. The 720 series has been designed by binder specifically for use in applications where a simple waterproof connection is needed in harsh environments.
The distributors feature three or five gold-plated contacts rated up to 7A at 250V (5A at 125V).
