300W single output power supply simplifies integration, says Advanced Energy
Carrying dual certification for medical and industrial applications, the SLB300 single output power supply simplifies integration into critical end equipment, claimed Advanced Energy Industries.
The latest addition to its low power open frame product range, the SLB300 offers stable power through power fluctuations. It is equipped with high quality electrolytic capacitors, added the company, for a long operational life.
The SLB300 offers a 300W (200W convection cooled) output power in a compact 3.0 x 5.0 x 1.4 inch (76 x 127 x 35.5mm) package that fits 1U rack mount applications. It features an 80 to 264V AC universal input and a wide -10 to +70 degrees C operating temperature range. Output voltage is available from 12 to 48V.
The SLB product family is designed for integration into medical applications such as laboratory, dental and operating equipment and patient monitoring devices; industrial applications such as test and measurement, communications, automotive testing, process control, machine building and factory automation; as well as outdoor applications such as architectural lighting and digital signage.
It is certified to EN/CSA/IEC/UL62368-1 (for audio and IT equipment) and EN/CSA/IEC/UL60601-1-1 3rd Edition for medical equipment, as well as IECIEC60601-1 Type BF (body floating) medical euipment.
The model comes with a three-year warranty.
Other models in the SLB series of dual certified power supplies include the SLB65 65 W convection-cooled module and the SLB125 125 W fan-cooled module. Both models are suitable for 1U rack-mounted applications.
