Richardson RFPD stocks Kyocera AVX’s latest broadband capacitors
Ultra-broadband capacitors from Kyocera AVX, the 550-560 series are in stock at Richardson RFPD. The distributor, an Arrow Electronics company offers full design support capabilities for the RF and microwave multilayer capacitors.
The 550-560 capacitors have a rugged ceramic construction to provide reliable and repeatable performance from 7kHz to 110GHz, said Richardson RFPD.
The capacitors also exhibit low insertion loss, flat frequency response and “excellent” return loss. They are suitable for DC blocking, coupling, bypassing and feedback applications requiring ultra-broadband performance, including optoelectronics or high speed data, transimpedance amplifiers, receive and transmit optical sub-assembly (ROSA/TOSA), synchronous optical networks (SONET) and broadband test equipment.
