Analog Devices at Electronica 2024: Driving towards the edge of what’s possible, together.
At Electronica 2024, Analog Devices returns to the industry’s largest gathering of technology innovators. Join ADI at the show to learn how the company works hand in hand with their customers to co-create, tackle their most difficult design challenges, and empower them with intelligence at the edge, bridging the analogue and digital worlds. ADI’s unique position in the ecosystem enables them to deliver the leading technologies required for the future of electronics, across every industry and for every use case. Visitors to the booth will explore 23 feature-rich demos, highlighting the company’s ability to deliver system-level solutions which enable its customers to differentiate in the market.
Attendees are invited to join ADI in forging a path to the edge of what’s possible at Hall C4, Booth 121.
Among the highlight demos are:
• Automotive Theatre Experience, Powered by GMSL: The in-vehicle experience is a key differentiator for passengers and drivers, with auto manufacturers vying to implement the most eye-catching visual technology. This wide-screen display, useable either for Rear-Seat Entertainment theatre or a Pilar-to-Pilar interface, is capable of 8k pixels by 2k pixel high resolutions over a single GMSL link, enabling a lower-cost, simplified, single-cable solution for high-bandwidth communication.
• Delivering More Sustainable Networks: Working with Vodafone, ADI will demonstrate energy savings using embedded features in ADI’s RadioVerse Transceiver SoC. By capturing micro-second gaps in transmissions, it’s possible to reduce RU energy consumption by more than 40%, without incremental technology or expense.
• Motion Control Solutions for Autonomous Manufacturing: This demo showcases a complete automation solution highlighting the impact of digitalisation in manufacturing to achieve more autonomous manufacturing. Discover ADI motor control solutions for a range of motor types, including stepper, BLDC, solenoid and high voltage induction motors. Also on show is an Edge-AI based condition monitoring solution crucial for preventing unplanned downtime.
• Power You Can Trust: ADI’s power management technology delivers on the key fundamentals of reliable power, with easy switching to alternative backup sources, accurate management and monitoring of voltages, currents, and temperatures, and the emergency functionality needed for controlled shutdowns. This demo shows how ADI power technology helps eliminate downtime, prevent spoilage, and reduce costs.
• Connected and Secure EV Charging Ecosystem: Trusted, reliable connectivity, payment solutions, and energy measurement are all critical elements in EV chargers. Accurate energy measurement enables both correct payment processing and insights into consumer energy consumption behaviour. Connectivity delivers the relevant data so both energy providers and consumers are able to monitor their green energy mix and manage their energy consumption to drive more sustainable usage.
• Embedded Data Provenance: This demo highlights the critical role security plays in our modern energy infrastructure. Learn how to deploy ADI’s Data Trust Framework at critical endpoints to unlock provenance capabilities at the source of where your data is created. In EV charging infrastructure, it establishes a highly secure, immutable record of energy transactions for improving clean energy utilisation, verifying critical transactions, and analysing conditions that may affect energy distribution.
