TI to showcase tech enabling designers to reimagine embedded systems at Embedded World

At embedded world 2025, Mar. 11-13 in Nuremberg, Germany, Texas Instruments will exhibit how its technologies enable developers to reimagine embedded systems, helping to create a more intelligent and connected world. TI’s display in hall 3A, booth 131, will include demonstrations showcasing advancements in real-time monitoring and perception with edge artificial intelligence (AI), connectivity for the Internet of things (IoT), and embedded development with open-source software.

TI will exhibit how its scalable embedded portfolio, industry-standard software and design expertise can help developers transform data at the edge into meaningful insights and transfer that data securely in industrial, automotive and medical applications.

• Reimagine decision-making with edge AI
o Vital signs monitoring with real-time edge AI: See the latest medical wearables from TI with edge AI capabilities for detecting vital signs and classifying health insights. An on-chip neural processing unit delivers immediate and precise detection of cardiac events, allowing for early intervention or preventative care, while extending battery life
o Solar arc fault detection with edge AI-enabled microcontrollers (MCUs): TI will showcase MCUs with edge AI capabilities for arc fault detection in solar energy systems. A dedicated hardware accelerator offloads the execution of the neural-network model from the main CPU, allowing enough computational and processing bandwidth to be reserved for high-accuracy, low-latency arc fault detection.
• Reimagine IoT with scalable, secure connections
o Unify smart buildings with affordable connectivity: This demonstration shows how TI’s wireless connectivity portfolio, such as Bluetooth Low Energy, Matter, Thread, Wi-Fi and Zigbee, support all smart building needs. Interact with different applications, such as connected lights, door locks, smart hubs and more, to see how different wireless technologies can fit within the same environment.
o Enhance automation in the factory with TI industrial communications: TI will highlight its certified, production-ready hardware and software for industrial communications using PROFINET, EtherCAT and EtherNet/IP software stacks. See how the technology enables seamless connectivity and real-time deterministic motor control with a single chip and licensed software for multi-protocol industrial Ethernet and Time Sensitive Networking over single-pair Ethernet.
• Reimagine development with no-code tools and open-source software
o Zero-code development with Arm Cortex-M0+ MCUs: Explore a graphical development environment that enables users to configure, develop and run microcontroller applications in minutes with no coding or integrated development environment (IDE) required.
