Pickering Electronics extends reach in Southeast Asia via expanded partnership with Wiselink in Vietnam
Pickering Electronics has extended its partnership agreement with specialist technical distributor, Wiselink to cover Vietnam. Wiselink already provides local support for Pickering’s customer base in the region from established bases in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines – and will now also do so from its new office in Vietnam’s largest city, Ho Chi Minh City. This move will enhance access to Pickering’s industry-leading reed relays, ensuring faster service, expert advice, and a streamlined supply chain for design engineers in Vietnam.
Established in 1993 in Singapore, Wiselink is a distributor of electronic components in Southeast Asia, with a strong focus on product quality and excellence in customer service. The company acts as a supply channel partner for more than 35 suppliers and over 2,500 OEM and CEM customers across a range of diverse industries. This partnership builds on Pickering’s ongoing investment in Southeast Asia. Pickering Group (comprising Pickering Interfaces–its modular switching & simulation division; Pickering Electronics–its relay division; and Pickering Connect–its interconnect division) also recently opened a new office in Penang, Malaysia, to better serve the needs of its expanding customer base throughout the Southeast Asia region, offering enhanced local support to customers and partners across the region – including Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and Indonesia. By strengthening local support channels, the company aims to ensure that engineers and procurement teams have improved access to the best relay solutions with the convenience of regional distribution.
