Distrelec extends RND oscilloscope portfolio
European distributor, Distrelec has added three oscilloscopes to its own-brand RND portfolio. They cover different price points and specification levels, said the company. It offers oscilloscopes with higher bandwidth variants (350MHz and 500MHz) and a third model is a basic variant, two channel oscilloscope operating at 50MHz.
The RND 360-00007, RND 360-00008 and RND 360-00009 are designed for waveform analysis. According to Distrelec, the oscilloscopes set a new standard in performance and usability and are equipped with high resolution LCD touch screens. The bandwidths and sample rates of 1Gsample per second empower users to capture intricate signal details.
The oscilloscopes have waveform refresh rates of 45,000 per second to capture and visualise waveforms seamlessly, without any compromises, said Distrelec. They also incorporate bus decoding functions, simplifying the analysis of complex serial communication protocols, added the company.
Scott Wunderley, own brand product manager at Distrelec, said: “The new RND 360-00007 and RND 360-00008 oscilloscopes allow users to combine oscilloscope and multimeter functionalities in a single device, saving valuable bench space and enhancing workflow efficiency”. The new additions also feature multi-trigger capabilities, helping users to capture precisely and analyse specific signal conditions, he added.
The Distrelec Group has headquarters in Manchester (UK) and Nänikon (Switzerland). It is an online distributor of electronic and technical components in the B2B sector. In addition to its main sales markets of Switzerland and Sweden, the company operates strong market position in a total of 17 European countries.
