ESD protection diodes by Good-Ark are available from Omni-Pro Electronics

Good-Ark Semiconductor’s DFN0603 ESD protection diodes protect sensitive data and transmission line components.

The DFN0603 ESD TVS series is available from Omni Pro Electronics. It offers low leakage, fast response time and low clamping voltage. Packaged in the DFN0603 (0201), these devices are specifically designed to protect sensitive components connected to data and transmission lines from overvoltage caused by ESD and EFTs.
They have a small footprint and low profile making them suitable for smart phones, USB3.0 and other portable applications that have space constraints. The GSEN5B153 has 20V clamping voltage rating and is for use in audio lines, speakers, headsets, microphone protection and other human interface devices (HID) such as keyboards, touchpads and buttons. The GSEN5B001 has 20V clamping voltage rating and is suitable for display ports, mobile HDMI links, USB3.0, DS-ATA and other data transfer devices.

Good-Ark’s GSEN5B153 delivers 70W of peak pulse power (TP is 8/20 microseconds) with a medium capacitance of CJ=15pF typical. The GSEN5B001 100Watts model has peak pulse power also at TP of 8/20 microseconds and it has a low capacitance rating of Cj = 0.13pF typical. Both diodes have a junction temperature rating of -55 to +125 degrees C and a bi-directional configuration and are available in the tiny DFN0603 package.

As a franchise distributor, Omni Pro Electronics supplies Good-Ark Semiconductor diodes, rectifiers, bridge rectifiers, protection devices (TVS, chip fuse and thermistor) and MOSFETs (small signal and power MOSFETs supported by trench technology) in through-hole to surface mount devices as well as wafer/bare die for hybrid applications.

Omni Pro Electronics of Addison, Texas, USA is a franchised distributor of electronic components with an inventory of industrial control and board level components used in a broad array of industrial, commercial and aerospace / defence applications. Specialising in interconnect, electromechanical and passive components, it is a member of ECIA (Electronics Component Industry Association) and of ERAI (Electronic Resellers Association International).
