Five shielded power bead inductors have low DC resistance
Characterised by high rated current and “extremely low DC resistance” Bourns Model SPB inductors are designed to enhance efficiency and reduce power losses in multi-phase integration applications.
The shielded power bead inductor series features high rated current, ferrite-based shielded construction and low DC resistance from 72 to 440nH.
Bourns designed the new SPB0705, SPB1005, SPB1007, SPB1012 and SPB1308 to match the enhanced efficiency, low magnetic field radiation and reduced power loss requirements in a variety of multi-phase integration applications.
The inductors are available in a variety of surface mount footprints range from 6.7 x 6.5mm to 13.5 x 13mm. They are suitable for use as power conversion in voltage regulator modules (VRMs), power processors, memory modules, high current ASICs, servers, storage, data centres, networking systems and graphic cards.
All five inductors are available now and are RoHS-compliant and halogen-free.
Bourns is a manufacturer and supplier of position and speed sensors, circuit protection solutions, magnetic components, microelectronic modules, panel controls and resistive products.
