Medical buzzers comply with IEC 60601-1-8 for alarm signal 

Medical buzzers by CUI Devices’ Audio Group are compliant with the alarm signal requirements of IEC 60601-1-8. The CPIM family of piezo audio indicator buzzers is capable of producing low, medium, and high priority tones for general medical use as well as tones for specific medical applications, including ventilator, oxygen, and cardiovascular equipment.

The medical buzzers have built-in driving circuits and feature rated voltages of 5V DC, sound pressure levels of 90dB at 100mm, rated frequencies of 4,000Hz, and operating temperature ranges from -30 to +85 degrees C. The models are housed in through hole packages with 44mm in diameter and 10.25mm profile.

The CPIM medical buzzers are available immediately with lead times of 10 weeks.
