Mouser is now stocking the QM30VT3 3-axis vibration sensors from Banner Engineering. The vibration sensors simplify predictive maintenance with precise, real-time diagnostics, allowing teams to take action before problems escalate. Built-in VIBE-IQ machine learning automatically establishes baselines and alert thresholds while eliminating the need for an external gateway or controller processing. The QM30VT3 sensors feature high-resolution, three-axis sensing to capture a complete picture of machine health and advanced signal processing to quickly detect developing mechanical issues. With a wide frequency range, these sensors detect faults ranging from shaft misalignment in conveyor motors to gear mesh impacts in high-speed gearboxes. For specialised applications, QM30VT3 users can access the time waveform and FFT datasets and frequency maximum (FMax) and High-Frequency Enveloping (HFE) tools. The sensors are compact, durable, and easily integrated into Modbus networks. The QM30VT3 sensors are offered in two variants: the QM30VT3-MQP and the QM30VT3-SS-MQP.
