Rutronik offers the P44 Pro and P41 Plus client SSD series from Solidigm
Solid state devices (SSDs) from Solidigm are now available as part of Rutronik’s product portfolio.
The P44 Pro series is claimed to be the most powerful client SSD to date from Solidigm. It combines speed and efficiency with a storage capacity of sequential read speeds of up to 7,000Mbytes per second, a service life of up to 1,200 total bytes written (TBW) and low power consumption of 5.3 W.
Solidigm P44 Pro is for heavy users with high data rates. The SSD is available in 512GB, 1TB, and 2TB capacities, making it particularly suited to data-intensive content creation and demanding gaming users. For example, the products are compatible with the specifications of Sony’s Playstation 5 game console.
Rutronik also offers Solidigm’s cost-efficient P41 Plus series. These solid state drives- have a sequential read speed of up to 4,125Mbytes per second and a lifetime of up to 800TBW.
The Solidigm P41 Plus features 144-layer 3D NAND and is available in M.2 2280 form factor with capacities of 512Gbyte, 1Tbyte and 2Tbyte. For OEMs, Solidigm offers is also available in M.2 2230 and 2242 form factors. Components and design have been selected based on extensive client workload analysis and designed to meet the challenges of everyday use. In combination with the Solidigm Synergy software, it is also possible to further increase the performance of the SSD and optimise its functionality.
Both the P44 Pro and P41 Plus series are characterised by low error rate with consistently high read/write performance, long endurance, energy efficiency and constant performance with minimal throttling even at higher temperatures.
