TTI Europe expands its specialist component offering
Tactile switched from MEC (an APEM Group company) offer increased choices for customers, says TTI. The new line of modular switches offer a choice in reliable, robust and aesthetically designed, high performance tactile switches, says TTI.
MEC specialises in PCB-mount, pushbutton switches for custom designs in a wide variety of sectors, including audio visual, industrial automation, medical, military, security and transport.
Under the new distribution agreement, TTI will distribute the MEC products which include the Unimec, Multimec and Ultramec product ranges in Europe.
MEC modular switches are designed for sustainability. They tolerate at least 10 million operations and are sealed to meet the requirements of IP67 specifications, says the company.
The Multimec 5 series offers many standard accessories, i.e. three actuation force options (2.0, 3.0 and 6.5), as well as normally open (NO) and normally closed/normally open (NC/NO) options. The accessory range provides designers with thousands of standard options in a multitude of surface shapes, colours, legends, illumination options, panel sealing levels and behind panel heights, adds TTI.
TTI specialist engineers are well trained in the new range to advise on choosing the right product for any design.
The latest MEC product range will be available by end of November from stock at TTI.
