Vipro-DuoMix dispenser accommodates different viscosities
The static-dynamic mixer vipro-DuoMix is suitable for compressible, two-component materials with different viscosities, extreme mixing ratios and high-pressure sensitivity, says Viscotec.
The company offers an extended version with optimised mixing blocks for low-viscosity, and high-viscosity materials on either side. This makes it particularly suitable for materials that are difficult to mix because of different or identical viscosities. The modular design has five different dispenser sizes per side and a range of mixing ratios from 1:1 to 100:1.
The vipro-DuoMix can be used for complex two-component applications in a wide range of industries including automotive manufacturing, aerospace, or electronics and for dot dispensing, a bead application or for a potting application.
Special nozzles with adjustable bead width are available for honeycomb potting or for edge sealing in aircraft production.
A range of two-component materials based on polyether, epoxy resin, silicone or polyurethane can be dispensed in all areas of application. Parallel alignment of the dispensers means that the vipro-DuoMix is compact for assembly in robotic cells or for automated applications.
