Rutronik UK offers S-VSON technology MOSFET relays from Omron
Suitable for high current and low on-resistance, the G3VM series of MOSFET relays use S-VSON technology. The MOSFET relays from Omron are available from Rutronik UK and are characterised by a very small form factor.
The G3VM41QR is designed for a load voltage of up to 100V and a continuous load current of 0.65A. A high dielectric strength of 500V/min between input and output and an ambient temperature range of -40 to +110 degree C are further features of the relays.
The MOSFET relays are suited for semiconductor test devices, test and measurement devices, communication devices, data loggers and security applications such as camera surveillance or smoke detection systems.
