Torex expands range of n-channel MOSFETs to withstand 20V
Benefitting from low on resistance and high speed switching, the XP22x series of n-channel MOSFETs from Torex Semiconductor now includes general purpose MOSFETs that withstand 20V.
The MOSFETs can be used in relay circuits and switching circuits. The devices have an integral gate protection diode as a static protection.
The XP224N0601TR, XP224N06013R and XP225N2001TR MOSFETs contribute to space saving design and are available in a compact SOT-323-3A package (measuring 2.1 x 1.25 x 0.95mm) or an SOT-23(TO-236) option measuring 2.4 x 2.9 x 1.15mm packages.
The environmentally-friendly products comply with the EU RoHS Directive and are lead-free.
Torex Semiconductor provides CMOS power management ICs targeted toward battery powered and energy efficient applications. The company specialises in CMOS analogue technology, with LDO voltage regulators, voltage detectors and DC/DC converters.
