Mikroe’s entire portfolio of Click boards now in stock at DigiKey

Mikroe has announced that the company’s entire portfolio of Click boards is now being stocked by DigiKey. Compact Click add-on boards for functions such as sensors, connectivity, power, displays, and interfaces, enable developers to rapidly provide proof-of-concept, then prototype and code new embedded projects.

Mikroe’s Click boards are built around the mikroBUS socket standard. mikroBUS is widely adopted by silicon vendors and board makers, allowing engineers to add functionality to a target MCU with minimal schematic work or firmware bring-up. Mikroe complements this with development boards, programmers/debuggers, and processor-module standards. Mikroe launches a new Click board nearly every day – currently there are over 1950 boards available, covering 11 categories: Audio & Voice, Clock & Timing, Display & LED, HMI, Interface, Mixed Signal, Motor Control, Power Management, Sensors, Storage and Wireless Connectivity.

Click boards also feature the ClickID function which enables automatic identification by the host system, simplifying use. Devices can be used on any host system supporting the mikroBUS standard, and come with the mikroSDK open-source libraries, offering flexibility for evaluation and customisation.

Designers can find literally millions of reference design featuring Click boards on Mikroe’s embedded projects platform, EmbeddedWiki. Each project comes with full description, a menu of parts required and working code.
