Avnet Abacus offers ERNI range of products from TE Connectivity
The strategic partnership between Avnet Abacus and TE has been strengthened with the addition of ERNI connectivity devices for automation and industrial applications.
The distributor announced that it is adding with immediate effect the ERNI range of products. The ERNI Group was acquired by TE in 2021, by which time it had developed a portfolio of high speed and fine pitch connectors for factory automation, automotive, medical and other industrial applications, including robust devices suitable for deployment in harsh environments.
“We are delighted to have extended our strategic partnership with TE,” said Hagen Goetze, senior director marketing at Avnet Abacus. “We are quickly ramping up stock availability of the ERNI portfolio to provide our customers with fast access”. The products are particularly suitable for challenging environments in automation and industrial applications, with small size, robustness and high mating reliability feaures, as well as the availability of a wide selection of different variants that offer solutions for special or demanding requirements, said Goetze.
