Bourns adds telecomms models to its POWrFuse range
Additions to the POWrFuse model PF-N series of high power fuses by Bourns are designed for current limiting and short circuit protection in telecomms DC power distribution circuits.
The fuses are specifically designed to meet the requirements of the UL 284-1 standard. Supporting operation up to 170V DC and with two PCB mounting configurations, the PF-N series feature a 100kA interrupting rating, up to an 80A current rating and an operating temperature range of -55 to +125 degrees C. The POWrFuse PF-N series helps developers optimise protection to avoid costly service calls and to assist in ensuring maximum system uptime.
The Bourns POWrFuse Model PF-N series is available now and is RoHS-compliant and halogen free.
