Components Bureau adds Cincon’s CFM50S open frame power supply
Offering high efficiency with a wide operating temperature range, the CFM50S is the latest addition to Cincon’s CFM series which is now available from Cambridgeshire- based, Components Bureau.
The open frame power supply offers 50W of regulated power and has a universal input range 90 to 264V AC. It is supplied in a compact 2.0 x 3.0-inch (50 x 75mm) form factor.
Offering efficiency up to 89 per cent and with a wide operating temperature range of -30 to +80 degrees C, the CFM50S meets IEC/EN 60335-1 and is approved to EN/UL/IEC 62368-1 making it suitable for extreme environments.
The open frame power supply can be used at a high altitude of up to 5000m (max) and features a low no-load input power consumption of less than 150mW.
EMI safety meets both Class I and II, and there is output over-voltage over current and continuous short circuit protection
The CFM50S series is suitable for automation equipment, mechanical equipment, telecommunication devices, commercial equipment, and light/heavy industrial applications.
Established in 1985, Components Bureau was acquired by Display Technology, the UK subsidiary of Fortec Elektronik AG in 2018.
