Conrad Business Supplies adds Panasonic vibration-proof hybrid capacitors
Conrad Business Supplies stocks Panasonic Automotive & Industrial Systems Europe’s series of EEH-ZA and EEH-ZC hybrid capacitors. These capacitors combine the advantages of electrolytic capacitors with those made of solid polymer. Their resistance against high temperature and vibration makes them suitable for use in specified automotive and industrial applications, where hybrid capacitors are chosen as universal and reliable components, says Conrad.
The compact, hybrid aluminum electrolytic capacitors have a long lifespan, high durability and a low leakage current, says Conrad. They offer high ripple current resistance, and the internal loss resistance (ESR) is only 20-mOhm. The capacitors are suitable for use at high temperatures. For example, the ZC capacitors reach a lifespan of 4,000 hours at 125 degree C. The operating temperature range of the ZA series is between -55 and 105 degree C while the ZC series capacitors are specified from -55 to 125 degree C.
All capacitors comply with the AEC-Q200 standard and are suitable for use in high humidity environments. The surface mountable EEH capacitors are made of conductive polymer. Their rated capacities are between 10 and 330-micro F. The maximum voltage is between 25 and 63V DC.
The space-saving capacitors are suitable for the harsh industrial and automotive environments and also for use in filters, power converters and voltage regulators, as well as for decoupling and in clock circuits.
