Display Technology offers Aaeon’s Boxer-RK99
The Boxer-RK99 fanless, embedded box PC from Aaeon, supports visual displays up to 4K. It is available from Display Technology.
The box PC offers a HDMI 2.0 port to support visual displays up to 4K x 2K at 60Hz, along with video decode and encode capabilities to enhance display output quality.
The Boxer-RK99 combines the Rockchip RK3399’s dual Arm CPU and Mali-T864 GPU to bring 4K ultra high-definition (UHD) graphics to vision-based digital signage, said Display Technology.
The PC also has a compact form factor, measuring 103.4 x 96 x 50mm (4.07 x 3.78 x 1.97 inches). Capabilities include a system memory LPDDR3 of two or 4Gbyte (optional), storage or solid state device capacity of 16Gbyte eMMC and a Micro-SD card. I/O includes one Micro-SD card slot, one HDMI (2.0) port, an antenna connector for WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, an optional BT V4.2 antenna connector for LTE as well as RJ45 USB 3.2 Gen 1,Type C OTG, Type A USB 2.0, Type A RS-232 / 422 / 485 and an optional RS-232 port. There is also an expansion mPCIe slot for the LTE module.
Power on is indicated by an LED and the PC supports Android 8.1 operating system.
