Enclosed AC/DC power supplies from XP Power are rated from 35 to 100W

The LCS series of regulated output, convection cooled AC/DC power supplies from XP Power target budget-conscious applications. There are four models in the series, the LCS35, LCS50, LCS75 and LCS100, offering power levels of 35, 50, 75 and 100W, respectively. They also feature class B conducted and radiated emissions to ease system integration and an integrated connector cover to offer further safety protection once installed.

The input voltage range is 85 to 264V AC, allowing the power supplies to be used around the world in a wide range of ITE and industrial applications. XP Power offers example applications such as auxiliary power sources, security installations, lighting control, smart home or office control systems, ticketing, and vending.

The LCS35 is available in four models with nominal outputs of 5.0, 12, 15, and 24V. The LCS50, LCS75, and LCS100 models have nominal outputs of 36 and 48V. To accommodate non-standard system voltages, all models are user adjustable by ±10 per cent. All four LCS series models have a wide operating temperature range of -30 to +70 degrees C with full rated power to 50 degrees C and deliver up to 60 per cent power at +70 degrees C.

Standard features, common to all models in the LCS series include a power-on LED, low standby power consumption of 0.3W, output short circuit protection, and over- current and over-temperature protection. Conformally coated versions are available as an option.

Input to output isolation is 4,000V AC, input to ground isolation is 2,000V AC and the output to ground isolation is 1,250V AC. Earth leakage current is a maximum of 0.75mA. The operating altitude is up to 5,000m.

The LCS series of AC/DC power supplies are available from Digi-Key, Farnell, Mouser, RS Components, approved regional distributors, or direct from XP Power. They are covered by a three-year warranty.
