Farnell element14 offers Keysight DAQ970A data acquisition system
Development distributor, Farnell element14, has launched the DAQ970A data acquisition system from Keysight. This offers engineers a more efficient way to fully characterise a product and deploy test solutions in just a few days.
The product, for use in R&D design verification and manufacturing, can be used in the design process, without developers second guessing the measurements, or having to learn or use complex programming languages or hire software engineers, says the distributor. Target development applications are in general electronics, aerospace, automotive and energy industries.
The DAQ970A data acquisition system has an integral six and a half digit DMM and an intuitive LCD screen and soft keys for easy configuration and measurement display in multiple formats (number, bar meter, trend chart, histogram). It is easy to configure and runs with no programming, assures the company.
There are three slots for data acquisition/switching, up to to 60 two-wire channels and 120 one-wire channels.
The DAQ970A data acquisition system can measure very low current ranges from one microA DC and 100 microA AC and has a high resistance range (1000 MOhm).
Auto-calibration compensates for internal drifts caused by time and temperature changes and the program and configuration operation is 3497XA-compatible. USB datalogging and data mirroring is via the front panel USB host port.
