Fujitsu Semiconductor Memories are now available from Mouser Electronics

Ferroelectric random access memory (FRAM) and large density resistive random access memory (ReRAM) products from Fujitsu Semiconductor Memory Solution are now available from distributor, Mouser Electronics.

Fujitsu FRAMs non-volatile memories meet engineers’ needs for higher read/write endurance, faster writing speed, says Mouser, while also delivering lower power consumption compared to EEPROM. Mouser offers Fujitsu FRAM in both serial (SPI and I²C) and parallel interfaces and in a range of compact, high density package types. Memory size options are from 4kbits to 8Mbits.

Fujitsu was the first company to start mass production of FRAM, in 1999. Today, FRAM products are used in automotive, industrial, medical and consumer products.

Fujitsu’s ReRAM has an SPI and operates at a wide range of power supply voltages from 1.6 to 3.6V. The EEPROM-compatible device features very low power consumption of just 0.15mA in read state, 1.5mA in write and an 8Mbit density. These characteristics make it particularly suitable for small, battery-operated wearable devices such as hearing aids, smartwatches and smart glasses.

Authorised distributor, Mouser claims to offers the world’s widest selection of the newest semiconductors and electronic components in stock and ready to ship.

To help speed up the design process for customers, Mouser’s website hosts an extensive library of technical resources, including a Technical Resource Centre, product data sheets, supplier-specific reference designs, application notes, technical design information, engineering tools and other helpful information.

Its website is available in multiple languages and currencies and features more than five million products from over 1,100 manufacturer brands. Mouser offers 27 support locations worldwide to provide best-in-class customer service in local languages, currencies and time zones. The distributor ships to over 630,000 customers in 223 countries/territories from its distribution facilities in Dallas, Texas, USA.

Fujitsu Semiconductor Memory Solution is a subsidiary of Fujitsu Semiconductor. It focuses on non-volatile memory e.g., FRAM and ReRAM.
