HDMI connectors from CUI Devices conform to HDMI 2.1
HDMI connectors have been added to CUI Devices’ Interconnect group’s portfolio, available in Type A and mini receptacle or plug versions. They all conform to the latest HDMI 2.1 standard, adds the company. They are available in surface mount, mid mount SMT or through hole mounting styles with horizontal, vertical or vertical / right-angle orientations to allow engineers several options for audio / video design.
The HDMI connectors feature voltage ratings of 40V DC, current ratings of 0.5A and a mating cycle rating of 10,000 cycles. The HDMI models are 4.5mm thick and operate at temperatures ranging from -25 to +85 degrees C. They also have UL94V-0 flammability rating. They are compatible with wave or reflow soldering, depending on the model.
