JPR Electronics offers HY Electronic’s surface mount rectifier diodes
Specialist distributor, JPR Electronics, now offers the HY Electronic SMA 1.0A series of rectifier diodes from stock. Seven devices are available with reverse voltages of 50, 100, 200, 400, 600, 800 and 1000V, all rated at 1.0A forward current.
The SMA 1 series is based on a glass passivated chip featuring low reverse leakage current and low forward voltage drop. The plastic surface mount package may be mounted in any position, has UL flammability classification 94V-0 and an operating temperature range of -55 to +150 degree C.
HY Electronic has been manufacturing rectifier diodes since 1989 and has a fully automated production facility certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, TS 16949 with all products verified to UL and SGS. HY products are widely used in computer, telecomms, automotive and consumer products.
