Linx Technologies’ IPW series of outdoor antennas is available from Mouser

The IPW series of rugged outdoor IP67-rated di-pole antennas from Linx Technologies are available from Mouser Electronics. They have a frequency range of 617MHz to 7.1GHz and a gain rating of up to 8.7dBi. According to Mouser, they are robust for a range of wireless cellular, Wi-Fi, and LPWA / ISM (low power, wide area / industrial, scientific, medical) applications.

The ground-plane independent dipole antennas can be mounted permanently to both metallic and non-metallic surfaces.

The range available from Linx Technologies includes the ANT-W63-IPW3-NP Wi-Fi 7/6/6E outdoor whip antenna. This is designed for 2.4, 5.0 and 6.0GHz bands supporting Wi-Fi 7, Wi-Fi 6, and Wi-Fi 6E. The antenna is housed in heat- and chemical-resistant, UV-stabilised ABS and connects using an N plug connector. In addition to extensive Wi-Fi and WLAN coverage, the ANT-W63-IPW3-NP outdoor antenna can be used for IoT devices, smart networking and remote monitoring.

There is also the ANT-8/9-IPW3-NP outdoor LPWA antenna, designed for use in the 868 to 915MHz frequency range. It is suitable for LPWA applications. Its low power performance also makes it a suitable option for remote control, monitoring, and sensing applications.

Another member is the ANT-5GW-IPW3-NP outdoor cellular sub-6 5G antenna which can be used for 5G New Radio, LTE and cellular IoT applications. Offering exceptional peak gain and efficiency, the ANT-5GW-IPW3-NP outdoor antenna also supports private cellular networks, including the Citizens Broadband Radio Service.

Mouser claims to offer the world’s widest selection of the newest semiconductors and electronic components — in stock and ready to ship. Products are 100 per cent certified, genuine products that are fully traceable from each of its manufacturer partners.
