Mouser portfolio includes Microchip’s AVR DD MCUs

The AVR DD MCUs use the AVR CPU with hardware multiplier and operate at clock speeds up to 24MHz. Options within the MCU family include 16, 32 or 64kbyte of flash, two, four or 8kbyte of SRAM and 256bytes of EEPROM. The microcontrollers are available in 14-, 20-, 28-, and 32-pin packages.
Microcontrollers in the family, which are suitable for safety critical industries and automotive applications, use Microchip Technology’s low power architecture, including Event System, intelligent analogue features and digital peripherals.
