Mouser stocks Samtec’s COM-HPC range
COM-HPC interconnect products for artificial intelligence (AI), industrial and IoT applications by Samtec are available from Mouser Electronics.
Designed to meet the COM-HPC standard recently introduced by the PCI Industrial Computer Manufacturers Group (PICMG), Samtec’s COM-HPC high-density connectivity systems can be specified for use in emerging technologies such as AI, machine vision, embedded edge computing, cybersecurity, 5G infrastructure and connected vehicles, industrial automation and the IoT.
The COM-HPC interconnect products are based on Samtec’s AcceleRate HP arrays. They feature paired 400-pin connectors (800 pins total), and offer 32Gbits per second per channel, 2088Gbits per second per square inch, and 4096Gbits per second maximum aggregate up to 300W (from 11.4 to 12.6V). They also support PCIe 5.0 (32Gtransfers per second) and 100 Gbit Ethernet interfaces.
The COM-HPC interconnect products are available in both 5.0 and 10mm stack heights and 0.635mm pitch. They are intended for use in server and client modules, medical, datacomms, telecomms, IoT, or other high-speed, high-cycle applications.
