N-channel MOSFET has static gate protection
A general purpose, N-channel MOSFET released by Torex Semiconductor, has low on-resistance and high speed switching. The XP231N0201TR can be used for various applications such as relay circuits and switching circuits. The gate protection diode is built-in as a static protection.
The XP231N0201TR is supplied in a compact SOT-23(TO-236) package, measuring 2.9 x 2.4 x 1.15mm, for space saving in a variety of applications.
The N-channel MOSFET is lead-free and complies with the EU RoHS directive.
