N-channel MOSFET series has gate protection

Two MOSFETs have been added to Torex Semiconductor’s n-channel MOSFET portfolio. The low on-resistance, high speed switching XP236N2001TR and XP264N0301TR are general-purpose MOSFETs.

The XP236N2001TR (30V operation voltage) and XP264N0301TR (60V operation voltage) are can be used for applications such as relay circuits and switching circuits. The gate protection diode is built-in as a static protection.

The MOSFETs are available in a compact SOT-23(TO-236) package, measuring 2.9 X 2.4 X 1.15mm which contributes to space saving.

The environmentally-friendly MOSFETs comply with the EU RoHS Directive and are lead-free, adds Torex Semiconductor.

Torex is an analogue CMOS professional group that specialises in power ICs for mobile devices such as smartphones, digital cameras and computers, to in-vehicle systems such as car navigation, ETC in-vehicle devices and power windows, and even industrial equipment such as robots.

Torex launched the Ultra Small Package, which is small and thin. The company has an R&D centre in the USA and a production base in Vietnam which specialises in USP. It was founded in 1995, and its head office is in Tokyo, Japan and its first overseas base was in Singapore.
