Oscillators have low phase noise performance for high data rate equipment
Low phase noise oscillators from IQD deliver low phase noise for high data rates, for use in applications such as fibre trnsceivers, Gigabit Ethernet (GbE) and 5G base stations.
The IQXO-408 and IQXO-455 is available in a choice of industry standard packages, measuring 2.5 x 2.0mm and 3.2 x 2.5mm. The CMOS clock oscillators can perform with a close in phase noise as low as -113dBc/Hz at 10Hz and far out phase noise as low as -175dBc/Hz at 100kHz (3.3V, 20MHz for the IQXO-408). The low phase noise oscillators are available at either 1.8, 2.5 or 3.3V with a phase jitter down to 40fs RMS (over 12kHz to 5.0MHz).
The IQXO-408 and IQXO-455 include high data rate applications, IoT, 5G, PLL, frequency multiplier, clock recovery, gigabit Ethernet, fibre, studio grade and high-end consumer audio equipment.
