Pivot mount is cost-effective alternative to suspension arm
Offered as a cost-effective alternative to a suspension arm, Rolec’s profiPanel pivot mount is for its control/human machine interface (HMI) enclosures.
The machine/wall pivot mount has been added to its profiPanel range of command/HMI enclosures. It is suitable for loads up to 20kg.
The pivot mount is designed for easy mounting to walls, machine housings or standard machine building profiles (e.g. from Item, Bosch). There are three mounting options (left side, right side, desktop use). The pivot mount can rotate at 180 degrees and has a stop limit to avoid over-rotation. There is also plenty of internal routing space (27mm) for cables.
The assembly comprises two sections which are fitted to the sides of the enclosure. It is suitable for customer-specified plan sizes of profiPanel (up to 800 x 800mm) in two depths (90 and 150mm) and all four sizes of the profiPanel Standard range from 400 x 400 x 90mm to 600 x 520 x 90mm.
Other accessories for profiPanel include a swivelling keyboard tray (450mm) and mouse tray, ergonomic designer profile handles, a mounting bracket set and alternative polyamide corner covers in traffic red (RAL 3020), traffic blue (RAL 5017) and deep black (RAL 9005).
Customising options for the profiPanel and profiPanel Standard ranges include CNC machining, bespoke colours, printing and engraving of legends and logos, EMC shielding, membrane keypads and full assembly.
