RS adds Fair-Rite Products to its ferrite portfolio
Distributor RS has announced a new franchise agreement with Fair-Rite Products, providing ferrites for a range of uses including EMI suppression and power and inductive applications.
The agreement with Fair-Rite covers the supply of ferrite based technologies and products.
The company has been active in ferrite manufacturing for more than seven decades and offers a comprehensive line of products designed for EMI suppression, power and inductive applications and RFID antennas. The manufacturer said it is committed to environmental sustainability. All its ferrites are ISO9001 and IATF16949-certified.
Supported by an experienced engineering team, Fair-Rite offers a robust manufacturing process. The company also operates a machine shop for custom ferrites and quick-turn-around prototypes in the event its off the shelf products do not meet requirements for a customer application.
The company’s devices are suitable for a range of market sectors including industrial, computer, telecomms, medical, aerospace and defence and automotive, as well as lighting, current detection, uninterrupted power supplies, proximity sensors, coin counters, remote signalling, animal tracking and inventory control.
