Rubycon shrinks high-temperature electrolytic capacitors
Rubycon’s snap-in electrolytic capacitors are available at Rutronik. The capacitors are compact and have guaranteed high temperature resistance.
The also have a long service life of 3,000 hours (the MXK model), 5,000 hours (the VXK), 7,000 hours (the GXK) and 10,000 hours (the NXK). All based on ambient temperatures up to 105 degrees C.
The Rubycon Snap-In electrolytic capacitors are miniature versions of large aluminium electrolytic capacitors which are increasingly used in communications equipment such as servers and communications base stations, in renewable energy sectors such as solar power, and in the automotive industry for vehicle chargers.
The rated voltage of the VXK, NXK and MXK capacitors is between 400 and 500V DC (for MXK additionally 16 to 250V DC). For the GXK series it is between 160 and 500V DC. The capacitors have wide capacitance ranges of 68 to 1,200 μF / 330 to 82,000 microF (MXK), 68 to 1,200 microF (VXK); 82 to 3,900 microF (GXK) and 120 to 820 microF (NXK).
Rubycon products are manufactured in conditions to reduce environmentally hazardous substances and follow the EU RoHS Directive (2011/65/EU) and its amendments (2015/863/EU).
