Seven MOSFETs released by Torex withstand 30 and 60V

Four MOSFETs able to withstand 30V and three able to withstand 60V have been released by Torex Semiconductor. The four MOSFETs in the XP23 series and three in the XP26 series have been added to the company’s existing range of general purpose n-channel MOSFETs.

The low resistance, high speed switching 30V MOSFETs are the XP232N0301TR (0.3A), the XP233N0501TR (0.5A), the XP234N0801TR (08A) and the XP235N2001TR (2A) which can be used for various applications such as relay circuits and switching circuits. The gate protection diode is built-in as a static protection. It is provided in a compact SOT-23(TO-236) (2.9 X 2.4 X 1.15mm) package.

The n-channel MOSFET 60V, 0.15A XP261N7002TR, the XP262N7002TR (0.3A) and XP263N1001TR (1A) also have low on resistance and high speed switching and can also be used for relay circuits and switching circuits. The gate protection diode is built-in as a static protection. The XP26 MOSFETs are also provided in the same compact SOT-23(TO-236) package.

These environmentally-friendly products comply with the EU RoHS Directive and are lead-free.
