Smart battery systems promise clean mobility for scooters
Smart battery systems for urban scooters will be launched by Forsee Power at the EICMA motorcycle show in Milan (6 to 11 November).
The GO smart batteries are designed to support the accelerating growth of clean mobility in Europe and Asia. They have been developed by Forsee Power’s Smart Life division, and designed to provide electrical power not only for personal urban scooters, but also for fleets of delivery scooters. The GO range currently offers two batteries (GO 2 and GO 4), with a third (GO 1.6) currently in development for production in Q1 2019.
Forsee Power will be showcasing the GO range at the EICMA motorcycle show in Milan, Stand Q12 in Pavilion 11.
Forsee Power has developed a range of li-ion based intelligent modular battery systems equipped with proprietary battery management systems that integrate high-performance electronics, accurate voltage readings and efficient communication systems for efficient power and thermal management, long-term reliability and safety.
The company’s intelligent modular battery systems help customers have the convenience of an off-the-shelf battery produced on an industrial scale, reduce the time needed to develop growing sophisticated applications and simplify the upgrading and longevity of batteries by altering the structure or organisation of the management system without needing to completely overhaul it.
