Thermal gap filler is gel-like sheet

Claimed to be the softest, moste compressible and affordable thermal gap filler material produced by Fujipoly to date, the Sarcon PG25A has a gel-like consistency in a convenient sheet form. It can be used for applications that have delicate components and high compression rates, advises Fujipoply.

When it is sandwiched between components of varying shapes and sizes and a nearby heat sink or spreader, the 2.5W/m degrees K thermal interface material (TIM) exhibits a thermal resistance as low as 0.42 degrees C in 2/W at 14PSI.

Sarcon PG25A can be used for applications that require material compression between 30 and 50 per cent.  Fujipoly offers four thicknesses ranging from one to 5.0mm and with a maximum sheet dimension of 300 x 200mm.

Sarcon PG25A can also be ordered in die-cut form to fit almost any application shape. It can be used in environments with operating temperatures ranging from -40 to +150 degrees C and exhibits a UL94 flame retardant rating of V-0.
