TTI stocks APEM QH series Halo LED indicators for light, bright machine controls

Now available from electronic component distributor, TTI, the APEM QH series Halo LED illuminated indicator is suitable for a range of industries. The QH indicator is fitted with an APEM switch that gives focused interaction between human touch and machine. It is panel sealed to IP67 as standard.

The QH Series is available in a choice of colours, using bright LEDs, making it suitable for a variety of applications where specific functions need to be clearly visible, such as automotive and off-road vehicles, process controls and professional electrical appliances.

The QH Series of illuminated halo indicators are available in single, dual and RGB colours, with frosted white or tinted lenses. Bezels are available in black or yellow. The indicators are designed to integrate with 16, 19 and 22mm panel cutout switches and other APEM indicators for highly-visible illumination. There is also a 22mm oversized version which integrates with APEM’s range of emergency stop switches. The viewing angle of these halo indicators is 120 degrees enhancing visibility when seen from an angle other than from straight on.

Specifications for the QH Series include a long product life of 50,000 hours, and an operating temperature range of -30 to +70 degrees C. An anti-rotation pin is fitted as standard; it has zero behind panel depth. Technical specifications include 200mm 26AWG UL1061 wire terminations. Supply voltage is 12 to 24V DC at 10 to 20mA. Maximum reverse voltage is 5.0V DC. The devices are EMC and ESD tested.  They have EMC immunity to EN61000-4-3, extended to radiated field in the frequency range of 80MHz -2.7GHz, 1kHx.
