High current inductors from Würth Elektronik are AEC-Q200 qualified

AEC-Q200-qualified high current inductors from Würth Elektronik are optimised for applications in automotive electronic systems. The WE-HCIT inductors are robust through hole technology inductors that are particularly suited to use in vibration-sensitive applications.

They are characterised by a high current capability of up to 28A and a very low resistance measurement control (RDC) of 0.44 to 0.88 mOhm. The WE-HCIT components have a very soft saturation behaviour, adds Würth.

The WE-HCIT high current inductors can be used in DC/DC converters for infotainment and communication systems, EMI solutions for motors (e.g. car seats, mirrors, windscreen wipers) to power applications and battery management systems. The inductor is designed for a range of operating temperatures from -40 to +150 degrees C (AEC-Q200 Grade 1).

It is available in 1010 and 1008 sizes and available ex stock. Samples can be supplied, free-of-charge, on request.
